Material:

100 grams cashew nuts

100 grams of Bhavnagar Gum

4 dung chopped barely

2 tomato shorter than fine

1 teaspoon ginger, chilli and garlic paste

Chasala a glass

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon hot mangoes

Cayenne pepper

Half a teaspoon turmeric

Teaspoon hing

A little bit chopped cottamery

Oil

Method:

1. Put a little oil in a pan and put cashews on it

2. Fry the cashew until it becomes brown in color

3. Put 3 teaspoons of oil in one pan and keep it warm

4. Add the chopped onions and gram, chilli and garlic paste to the oil.

5. Dungari is pink, so add salt, chili, hot condiments and turmeric.

6. Once the spices are mixed, add some very fine tomato to it

7. After turning on the dungari and tomato oil, add one glass of milk to the buttermilk.

8. Grate the chaos and add the fried cashew nuts

9. After adding the cashew nuts, let it be cooked for a few minutes and after eating it after adding hot water to the batter, add the vegetables to it for a few minutes and then add chopped coriander to the vegetables.

Take a roasted garam masala with a hot sauce, roast or paratha.
