GOOGLE WILL IMPROVE YOUR 'ENGLISH' FROM GRAMMAR TO SPELLING SAN FRANCISCO: Google is goingto start a service that will improveyour English. The company is testing a tool 'Grammar SGSANS' for its word processor 'Google Docs', which will be integrated directly into the spell-checking tool, which will help users avoid grammar's mistakes. The media report said that the new tool will introduce the potential mistakes of Grammar with Blue Line. It is currently in development phase and it will be available to Google'sAli Adopter Program (EAP) applicants first.The documents will automatically mark the mistakes in the documentThis checker-rich feature will allow users to wait till the full document is typed. After that, it will give the option to fix potential mistakes. The report said,"Google said that its Gramer Checker is powered by the same machine learning algorithm whichruns the spell checker and the natural language search feature. This means that this tool will continue to improve with time.AI-powered virtual agents will work in the call centerOn the other hand, Google has announced that it is collaborating with many partners, including Cisco and Genesis, to build a technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which will be able to work in place of people in the call center.This software is called 'Contex Center AI' which will install 'VirtualAgents' which will initiate a conversation by lifting a phone while connecting the call center tothe customer.If AI fails, the call will be automatically transferredGoogle's chief scientist Fai-Fei Lee said during the Cloud Next Conference here, "If the customer asks something that AI can not do, it will automatically forward the call to any person." The main goal is to empower the workers ofa contact center as well as to empower them.
